The “Pursuing a Dream Foundation” was born in August of 2002 by Dave Owen and his wife Jane.  The purpose of this foundation is to help fund events such as the Charity Shootout, as well as other programs to make it possible for the disabled to experience outdoor activities such as sport shooting,      hunting, and fishing.
